Learn, Heal, and Grow
Erik offers workshops and training in Reiki and other healing modalities. Whether you are new to energy work or looking to deepen your practice, there is a workshop for you.
Reiki Level I
An introduction to the Usui system of Reiki healing. Students receive the Level I attunement and learn the history of Reiki, hand positions for self-treatment and treating others, and the five Reiki principles. This level focuses on physical healing and self-care.
Open to all. No prior experience required.
Reiki Level II
Students receive the Level II attunement and learn the three Reiki symbols, distance healing, and mental/emotional healing techniques. This level significantly increases the strength of your Reiki energy.
Prerequisite: Reiki Level I.
Reiki Master / Teacher Training
The advanced level of Reiki training. Students receive the Master attunement, learn the Master symbol, and are trained to teach and attune others to all levels of Reiki. This is a comprehensive program for those committed to the Reiki path.
Prerequisite: Reiki Level II. Multi-day intensive.
Introduction to Bodywork
A hands-on workshop introducing participants to basic bodywork techniques for self-care and helping loved ones. Learn simple but effective techniques for relieving common tension patterns, headaches, and back pain.
Open to all. No prior experience required.
